Scholarships for Researchers and Self-Advocates
to participate in the
15th World Congress of the International Association for the Scientific Study of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IASSIDD), Melbourne, Australia 14-19 August 2016

The Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) has made funds available to support the participation of up to ten (10) Research Scientists and twelve (12) people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, plus a care/support person, from countries that are in receipt of Australian foreign aid in the Asia-Pacific Region.

Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan,   Afghanistan,Nepal, India, Thailand, East Timor, Vietnam, Philippines,   Indonesia,  Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, Samoa, Solomon Islands,   Nauru, Wallis and Futuna, Tonga, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall   Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Fiji, Tuvalu, Kiribati, Cook Is,   Niue.
